Atomkraft
Arguably one of the forerunners of the Thrash metal movement Atomkraft had their moment in the sun before being overtaken by the onslaught of the US invasion notably from the "Big Four" although they can lay claim to appearing as support for Slayer's UK debut in 1985. Recording for well known North East label Neat Records the band released three vinyl offerings. By early 89 the band was all but over with Rob leaving for pastures new and Tony Dolan moving on to a stint as frontman for fellow labelmates and thrashers Venom.
